The State of Hawaii's Automotive Management Division is seeking bids for four new, model year 2026 or newer, Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Full Size Sedans for its fleet. - Government Buyer: - Department of Accounting and General Services, Automotive Management Division, State of Hawaii - Office: Automotive Management Division - Products/Services Requested: - Four (4) new BEV Electric Full Size Sedans (model year 2026 or newer) - All vehicles must be of the same make and model - BEV electric engine and transmission - 2WD or AWD - 5-passenger seating - Safety features: dual front airbags, reverse camera, pre-collision safety system - Factory standard equipment - Factory white paint preferred - Level 2 charger included - Two sets of keys/FOBs - Operator's manual - Must comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, EPA regulations, ANSI and OSHA safety requirements - Must be fully operational upon delivery - Repair facility with parts must be located on Oahu - Warranty Requirements: - Minimum 36-month/36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty - 10-year/100,000-mile electric battery warranty - Delivery: - All vehicles must be delivered to Oahu within 365 days of the Notice to Proceed - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to all qualified new car dealers able to supply BEV sedans meeting these specifications - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All vehicles must be the same make and model - Hawaii bidder preference applies - Compliance with all relevant safety and environmental standards - Local repair facility with parts required on Oahu

The solicitation is for furnishing and delivering four (4) new, model year 2026 or newer, BEV Electric Full Size Sedans to the Automotive Management Division of the Department of Accounting and General Services, State of Hawaii. All vehicles must be of the same make and model and comply with specified safety and environmental standards. The vehicles must include manufacturer standard warranty coverage, an electric battery warranty, and be fully operational upon delivery. Bids must be submitted through the Hiepro System by September 8, 2026, 2:00 PM HST.
