Mesquite Street, Corpus Christi, TX. The project includes abatement of regulated asbestos-containing materials, demolition of the six-story courthouse building, disconnection and removal of all site utilities, transportation and disposal of asbestos and construction debris, and site regrading for proper drainage. The work must be completed within 135 calendar days for the base bid, with an alternate bid allowing a different completion time. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder providing the lowest and best bid in accordance with Texas law.
