Description

Bernalillo County Purchasing is requesting proposals to establish a pool of qualified nonprofit organizations for capital projects solicited by county nonprofit organizations. The County will serve as the fiscal agent and project owner for capital outlay appropriations intended for third-party nonprofits, ensuring compliance with the New Mexico anti-donation clause. Multiple awards will be issued to qualified nonprofits who will enter into Third Party Agreements to facilitate projects. Bernalillo County reserves the right to decline serving as a fiscal agent for any capital grant appropriated to a nonprofit.
