Description

Bernalillo County is requesting proposals to establish a pool of qualified nonprofit organizations for capital projects. The county will serve as the fiscal agent and project owner for capital outlay appropriations intended for third-party nonprofits, in compliance with the New Mexico State Constitution. Qualified nonprofits with designated capital outlay appropriations will enter into Third Party Agreements to facilitate projects. The county reserves the right to decline serving as a fiscal agent for any capital grant appropriated to a nonprofit organization.
