Description

The City of Gaithersburg is seeking an experienced and qualified contractor to provide construction services to replace approximately 1,020 square feet of pressure-treated wooden boardwalk in front of the B&O Train Station located at 5 South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD. The project is funded through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Contractors and subcontractors must comply with Federal Davis Bacon wage rates for this construction project.
