The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS) Strategic Buying Center - Professional Services, on behalf of the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), is seeking to procure parking spaces for NHGRI employees at 6700B Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - National Institutes of Health (NIH) - National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) - Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS) - OEM and Vendor: - Vend Park Corporation (sole provider of parking at the complex) - Products/Services Requested: - 40 unreserved parking spaces (access cards provided) - 6 reserved parking spaces (access cards provided) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus three option years (each 12 months) - Unique Requirements: - Sole source procurement; Vend Park Corporation is the only vendor able to provide parking at 6700B Rockledge Drive - Access cards must be provided for all spaces - Parking must be available for both federal and contract employees throughout the fiscal year
