Description

This contract will enable the Town of Brookhaven to safely remove and legally dispose of asbestos laden materials from residential homes and/or demolish, remove, and legally dispose of residential structures which may or may not contain asbestos laden materials. The contract term is two years with three one-year renewal options. The work will take place at various locations within the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York. Bidders must submit questions in writing by August 31, 2026, and bids are due by September 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
