Le projet vise le réaménagement complet du 4e étage de l’aile Ouest de l’Hôpital de Granby afin d’y implanter l’unité Mère‑Enfant. L'intervention regroupera les fonctions associées à l’obstétrique, néonatalogie, pédiatrie, espaces familles, cliniques, soutien administratif et personnel, ainsi que les locaux techniques nécessaires. La superficie touchée est d’environ 1 450 m² et inclut diverses chambres, salles, locaux administratifs et techniques. Le projet comprend aussi des interventions sur les systèmes architecturaux, mécaniques, électriques, de protection incendie, gaz médicaux, télécommunications, sécurité et contrôle d’accès, ainsi que la remise en état de la terrasse adjacente au hall d’ascenseur.
