In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), Only One Source Reasonably Available. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Detroit Sector intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with DTE ENERGY COMPANY, 1 Energy PLZ, Detroit, Michigan 48226, for REDACTED Services.  The period of performance for this requirement shall be for a base period from September 29, 2026 to September 28, 2027.
