Description

The City of Las Vegas is soliciting proposals for construction manager at risk services for the Owens Avenue Interceptor Phase 1 & 2 Project. The project includes approximately 3 miles of 72-78" sewer interceptor, 2.5 miles of approximately 15'x12' reinforced concrete box (RCB), utility relocations, and roadway elements including pedestrian and traffic signal upgrades. Preconstruction services will involve constructability reviews, cost estimates, project analysis, and advice on materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor, and subcontractor selection. The estimated project cost is $88 million for Phase 1 and $95 million for Phase 2, with preconstruction services anticipated from November 2027 to Q3 2030 and construction from Q2 2028 to Q2 2030.
