The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) seeks to engage a Consultant to advise and support the procurement of a new Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution to support comprehensive human resources and payroll functions. The consultant will help define requirements, identify software options, conduct a competitive solicitation or RFP, evaluate vendors, support contract negotiations, and assess functional fit. The scope includes current state assessment, market scan, RFP development, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation support, and implementation planning guidance. Detailed software implementation services are out of scope unless added by amendment.
