Clark County is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract to provide janitorial services at the North Las Vegas Community Resource Center Buildings A, B, C, D and the Dr. William U. Pearson Community Center. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site walk will be held on August 6, 2026, at the Dr. William U. Pearson Community Center, followed by a site walk at the North Las Vegas Community Resource Campus. Bidders unfamiliar with the submittal process can request training by August 13, 2026.
