Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Progressive Design Build services for the preconstruction and construction phases of the Rosecrans Property Development project. The project delivery method is Progressive Design Build (PDB) and includes a Base Scope and potentially one or more Contract Options. During the preconstruction phase, the contractor will collaborate with the County on design, constructability, cost, and schedule to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction phase. The County may exercise its option for construction upon acceptance of the GMP. The estimated budget for the project, including the Base Scope, is $212,000,000.00.
