Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to provide complete home inspections to identify all issues at the King's Reach Cottage and Beverly House located on JPPM grounds in St. Leonard, Maryland. The inspection will follow the attached Project Specifications and the Invitation for Bid form. Preference is given to Certified Small Business and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, and bids must be submitted by October 5, 2026.
