Sealed bids will be received until 2:30 PM, September 10, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the Cummins & Varner New Bar Screens and Pump Station located in Gould, AR for the Arkansas Department of Corrections. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference, but the State reserves the right to schedule future meetings. Digital copies of the bid documents are available for a fee and addendums will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List. A 5% bid security is required if the bid is more than $50,000. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
