NSWC Crane Division, part of the U.S. Navy, is soliciting quotes for a utility tractor to support property maintenance and loader operations. - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane), Department of the Navy, NAVSEA Warfare Center - Product Requested: - Utility tractor (quantity: 1) - Key specifications: - Diesel Tier 4 Final compliant engine, 4 or 6 cylinders - 100-125 HP gross engine power, 90-110 HP PTO horsepower - 4WD with locking front differential - 16-32 forward/reverse speeds, hydraulic/clutchless shuttle transmission - Hydraulic flow 16-22 gpm, 2-4 rear remote valves - Category II 3-point hitch, 3,800-6,000 lbs lift capacity - Factory-installed heavy-duty front-end loader (3,500-5,000 lbs lift, 130-145 inch lift height) - Skid steer compatible attachment system, 84-96 inch bucket - Factory enclosed ROPS cab with HVAC, suspension seat - R4 industrial tires, halogen or LED lighting - Minimum 2-year full machine warranty, preferred 3-5 year powertrain warranty - Notable Requirements: - Tractor must comply with DFARS 252.211-7003 for unique item identification - Delivery required within 180 days after award - Small business set-aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB) - Technical acceptance based on conformance to specifications, delivery schedule, and past performance (SPRS) - No specific OEMs, models, or part numbers are named; offerors must propose products meeting all listed specifications.

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a utility tractor.

The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a total small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.104-1. The Delivery required is FOB Destination.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 12.201-1.
