The Province of Alberta requires consulting services to conduct a comprehensive current-state analysis for multiple Investigative Units within Alberta. The analysis aims to provide a clear understanding of all financial, operational, and asset-related considerations to support the consolidation of Investigative Units into the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service. The Province may also require project management and transition planning support as part of a potential second phase.
