The contract requires consolidation of enterprise licensing and strict enforcement of corporate data governance by disabling all Generative AI services across the Adobe software portfolio. Products include Adobe Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud All Apps, Creative Cloud Single App, and Adobe Sign (Enterprise).
