Description

This project involves the design and construction of an indoor/outdoor, three-season event venue at Toledo Botanical Garden with a capacity for 250 to 300 seated guests and a footprint of approximately 9,000 to 11,000 square feet. The scope includes conceptual and schematic design, design development, engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and civil), final design, and construction documents. The project will be completed in two phases: Phase One includes a patio with permanent tent tie-downs, a restroom building, and utility installations; Phase Two includes a permanent shelter with a kitchen and storage, parking lot modifications, and landscaping. The selected offeror will assist with local, state, and federal agency coordination and permitting, and provide construction administration services as negotiated.
