Description

This solicitation is for the CIP 7945 Streets Rehabilitation project located on Excelsior Drive between Pioneer Boulevard and Bloomfield Avenue, Front Street between Pioneer Boulevard and San Antonio Drive, and Foster Road between Studebake Road and Gridley Road in Norwalk, CA. The project scope includes cold milling existing AC pavement, AC removals and reconstructions, ARHM overlays, AC base overlays, adjusting utilities to grade, signing, striping, traffic control, removal and replacement of cross gutters and spandrels, adjacent curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, and other appurtenant work. All work must be performed in strict conformance with the contract documents, permits from regulatory agencies, and applicable regulations. The estimated cost of the project is approximately $2,400,000. Bids are to be submitted electronically by September 4, 2026.
