The City of North Richland Hills is seeking qualified General Contractors for the NRH2O Slide Tower Replacement project at the NRH2O Family Water Park. - Scope of work includes: - Selective demolition of the existing wooden slide tower, stairs, and foundations - Site preparation and excavation for new construction - Installation of structural concrete foundations - Supply and erection of hot-dip galvanized structural steel framing - Installation of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) stairs, decking, and guardrails - Integration and reattachment of the Owner's existing water flumes and piping - Certified welding and application of thermal spray zinc metallizing for corrosion protection - Installation of lightning protection system - Site restoration upon completion - All work must comply with detailed project specifications - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contractors must demonstrate experience with similar structural and specialty construction projects

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking competitive proposals from qualified General Contractors to execute the Slide Tower Renovation Project at NRH2O Family Water Park. The project includes selective demolition of the existing wooden slide tower, stairs, and foundations, site preparation, excavation, and installation of structural concrete foundations. The contractor will supply and erect hot-dip galvanized structural steel framing, FRP stairs and decking, guardrails, and integrate the Owner's existing water flumes and piping. All field work must comply with project specifications and include certified welding, thermal spray zinc metallizing, lightning protection, and site restoration.
