Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of Asphalt Emulsion-AE-NT to be used in paving operations. The material must be compatible with asphalt concrete mixtures, provide a uniform bond between existing pavement and new asphalt concrete, and exhibit rapid breaking and curing characteristics suitable for urban roadways.
