Description
The City of West Des Moines, Iowa is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services to provide preconstruction and construction services for the new Fire & EMS Station 21 Reconstruction project located at 3421 Ashworth Road, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265. The selected firm will be responsible for demolition of the existing station (excluding the telecom tower and generator), site improvements including grading, utilities, pavement, landscaping, and construction of the new facility. The process includes submission of SOQs, evaluation, issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to qualified firms, interviews, and contract award. A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on September 14, 2026.
