Ada County is soliciting fixed-margin bids for the supply and delivery of bulk gasoline and diesel fuels indexed to OPIS rack pricing for the Boise, Idaho terminal market to various locations throughout the County. Locations include Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Ada County Weed Pest and Mosquito Abatement, Ada County Landfill, Expo Idaho, and Ada County Parks and Waterways at Barber Park. The estimated purchase in FY27 is approximately 480,000 gallons. This is a non-exclusive, IDIQ bid, with no guarantee of purchase amounts. The County plans to make awarded contracts available to other public entities within Idaho, allowing them to utilize the contracts under their own terms.
