Description

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways, in cooperation with the City of Humboldt, is seeking a qualified consultant to undertake the Humboldt Regional Transportation Planning Study. The study aims to develop a high-level plan for a road network that can safely and efficiently handle traffic generated by regional growth and development. The plan will ensure the regional road network serves the needs of the City and the RM while integrating efficiently with the provincial highway network. The project includes reviewing safety and traffic operations, access management, truck traffic issues, rail traffic impacts, speed zones, and pedestrian connectivity along main corridors.
