DuPage County Information Technology is seeking qualified Adobe Authorized Platinum Resellers or Adobe direct account teams to furnish and deliver a three-year Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA). The contract requires consolidating enterprise licensing and enforcing strict corporate data governance by disabling all Generative AI services across the software portfolio. The awarded bidder must support centralized enterprise management, allow administrators to disable all generative AI sub-features, and configure cloud-based storage to prevent automated data ingestion or algorithmic training on corporate intellectual property. Products include Adobe Acrobat Pro, Creative Cloud All Apps, Creative Cloud Single App, and Adobe Sign (Enterprise).
