The City of Laredo is soliciting proposals for Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Ambient Air Monitoring services using EPA standard methods for the Public Health Department. Bidders are encouraged to submit their proposals electronically via Cit-E-Bid or hand delivery; mailed, telegraphic, email, or facsimile proposals will not be considered. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 4, 2026, and will be publicly opened and acknowledged on September 8, 2026. The City has a local vendor preference ordinance providing a 5% preference for local vendors.
