The Province requires consulting services to conduct a comprehensive current-state analysis for multiple Investigative Units within Alberta to provide a clear understanding of all financial, operational, and asset-related considerations. This is in support of a successful consolidation of Investigative Units into the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service. The Province may also require project management and transition planning support as part of a second phase approach to this initiative.
