Description
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a Notice of Intent to partially delete three sites from the National Priorities List (NPL). The NPL is maintained under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and identifies sites that pose significant risks to public health or the environment. The EPA and applicable states have determined that all appropriate response actions have been completed at these sites, but future actions under Superfund are not precluded. Public comments on this proposed partial deletion are invited until September 21, 2026.
