Description
Nasdaq GEMX, LLC proposes to amend Rule General 8, Section 1(b) to remove certain fiber optic-delivered market data offerings and discontinued wireless connectivity services. The Exchange also proposes to discontinue a previously proposed but not implemented Proximity-On-Demand (POD) offering. These changes update the rulebook to remove obsolete services, enhance clarity, and do not introduce new fees or services. The fiber optic offerings will terminate effective September 30, 2026, and wireless offerings were terminated effective August 31, 2025.
