Description
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is announcing an opportunity for the public to comment on CMS' intention to collect information from the public. This notice is published under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA) which requires federal agencies to allow 60 days for public comment on proposed collections of information. The information collection includes revisions to currently approved collections such as the Medicaid Drug Use Review (DUR) Program and Manufacturer Submission of Average Sales Price (ASP) Data for Medicare Part B Drugs and Biologicals. The public is invited to comment on burden estimates, necessity, utility, and ways to minimize the information collection burden through automation or other means.
