Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that fresh winter strawberries from Mexico are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is from November 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The final determination has been postponed and provisional measures extended.
