Description

The Department of the Treasury will submit an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites public comments on the renewal without change of the registration of Money Services Businesses Regulation and FinCEN Form 107. The estimated number of respondents is approximately 17,997 Money Services Businesses annually. Comments on this request should be received by September 21, 2026.
