Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks offers for pharmacological testing of novel opioids, stimulants, and synthetic cannabinoids to support regulatory activities and risk assessments. The work involves acquiring reference standards, obtaining licenses, conducting in vitro experiments, analyzing data, and preparing reports. The testing is divided into three streams: in vitro testing of emerging opioids at the Mu Opioid Receptor, synthetic cannabinoids, and stimulant compounds.
