Description
The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is seeking professional services to support the Chief Innovation and Technology Office in modernizing the IRB's case management application ecosystem through the Digital Case Modernization initiative. The work includes analysis, architecture, technical design, software development, integration, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to transition to a cloud-aligned microservices architecture. The goal is to improve sustainability, interoperability, security, scalability, and enable future service improvements including automation and AI capabilities.
