Description

The Midland Independent School District (MISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to provide an On-Site/Near-Site Health Clinic and related services for MISD employees and covered members. The clinic aims to enhance employee benefits, support health and wellness initiatives, reduce absenteeism, and increase access to primary care and preventive health services. The selected provider will be responsible for furnishing all professional, clinical, administrative, operational, and compliance services necessary to operate the clinic, including primary care, prevention and chronic condition management, specialty services, and occupational health. The contract term is three years with an option to renew for an additional two years.
