Eastern Connecticut State University Education Department is seeking a qualified on-call consultant to provide technical and administrative consulting support for the Student Learning and Licensure (SLL) Watermark platform. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis during the Fall 2026 semester, as requested and authorized by the University. The University anticipates requiring approximately 35 total hours of consulting services during the semester.
