Description

The City of Bismarck is soliciting cost proposals from qualified vendors for dewatering polymer to be used with the City's solid waste processing equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The polymer must meet or exceed the performance of Solenis K274FLX and be economically efficient based on cost per dry ton of biosolids produced. Vendors are required to comply with trial procedures and specifications and submit detailed documentation including bid sheets, safety and technical data sheets, approval documentation, delivery capability, and training support information. Bids must be submitted by November 3, 2026, and will be publicly opened and reviewed the same day.
