Description

The District of Lake Country is soliciting proposals through an RFP for pavement renewal works on Glenmore Road, from approximately 9151 Glenmore Road to the intersection with Chase Road. The scope includes a level course, 50mm overlay, and granular material shouldering, with the overlay increasing the paved road width to 8.0 meters. The contract work must commence after September 16, 2026, with substantial performance by October 15, 2026, and total completion by October 31, 2026. All work is to be completed during night hours Monday to Friday or on weekends. The contract will use the MMCD 2019 Edition Unit Price Contract with supplementary conditions.
