Description

This project involves replacing three boilers and seven pumps with new units at the Sioux Falls Armory in Sioux Falls, SD. The scope includes reworking piping in the boiler room and limited piping in a hallway to modernize building zoning, as well as installing new intake, exhaust, VFD, and other related work. The existing boiler system will remain operational through the winter until construction starts in Spring 2027. The project is planned to be substantially completed by October 1, 2027.
