The Little Rock School District (LRSD) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive audio/video (A/V) services for its 2027 graduation ceremonies at Barton Coliseum. - Government Buyer: - Little Rock School District, Procurement Department - Contact: Mrs. DeAundrea Galvin, Procurement and Materials Management - Scope of Work: - Complete A/V production for four graduation ceremonies in one day - Equipment includes: - 17' x 27' LED video wall (center screen) - Five 3'x3' video wall panels for school branding - Pipe & drape with colored star drops for stage and entrances - Clear acrylic glass podium - Technical control booth (Mac Pros, lighting console, video switcher, headsets, power backups) - Rigging (8 chain hoists, truss, cable ramps) - Sound system (line array clusters, CL5 control desk, Dante digital audio distribution, monitors) - Power distribution (400 amp distros, feeder cable) - Video/audio/networking cabling, adapters, and convertors - Trucking for equipment transport - Services include: - Technicians (9) for media, lighting, and sound - Load-in/load-out crew (10) - Certified riggers (3) - Live streaming and image magnification (minimum five cameras) - Overtime labor rate if needed - Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all equipment, labor, installation, operation, and removal - Familiarity with Barton Coliseum and references required - No union labor required - Contractor responsible for all production resources, including star drop and black pipe & drape - Proposals must be submitted electronically - Award based on company profile, venue familiarity, equipment, cost, and references - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs are mandated, but products such as Mac Pros (Apple), CL5 control desk (Yamaha), Dante digital audio (Audinate), and Global Truss are referenced by type or brand - Period of Performance: - Services required for the 2027 graduation ceremonies, including setup, operation, and teardown on the event day, with rehearsals and load-in/load-out as scheduled
