Description
The City of Bismarck is soliciting cost proposals from qualified vendors for dewatering polymer to be used with the City's solid waste processing equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The polymer must meet or exceed the performance of Solenis K274FLX and be economically efficient based on cost per dry ton of biosolids produced. Vendors are required to comply with all trial, testing, and specifications as outlined. Proposals must include pricing, safety and technical data sheets, approval documentation from the facility, delivery capability, and training and support information. Bids are due by 3:00 pm CST on November 3, 2026, with public opening at 4:00 pm CST the same day.
