Description
Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the BRWRF Flow Equalization and Solids Improvements project. The procurement and contract performance are governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). The project includes constructing equalization tanks integral to Loudoun Water's treatment facility. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 16, 2026, with a non-mandatory site visit immediately following. Bids must be submitted via the IonWave online procurement system by August 27, 2026, 2:00 PM ET.
