Description
The Osceola County School Readiness Coalition, Inc. d/b/a Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is seeking proposals from qualified property owners or representatives to provide leased office space within Osceola County, Florida. The space will serve as the Coalition's headquarters and operational office. Requirements include 7,000 to 10,000 rentable square feet, capacity for at least 30 staff, a meeting room for up to 60 people, accessibility via public transportation, proximity to major roads, and at least 50 parking spaces. The layout must include a reception area, break room, conference rooms, a lobby for 10-15 families, and a "Mommy and Me" room, with ADA compliance and readiness for immediate occupancy.
