Description

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for marketing services for Bayway, the public transit system of Bay County, Florida. The project includes managing and expanding outreach and marketing strategies using traditional and non-traditional media, social media, research, and public relations. The goal is to promote public transit use, increase ridership, and develop branding targeting core riders, occasional riders, the general public, and tourists.
