The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals to complete the project according to engineered drawings, complying with all safety codes. The project includes removal of the existing failing timber retaining wall, disposal of debris within the landfill, protection of a fire hydrant and high-pressure water line, and site restoration. Work hours are Monday through Saturday with work commencing after October 1, 2026.
