Imperial Irrigation District (IID) is soliciting proposals for professional services involving the inspection, dielectric and load testing, and certification of insulated aerial devices and mobile cranes. The scope includes annual inspection and testing of various mobile truck mounted and self-propelled insulated aerial devices with boom heights from 35 to 100+ feet and lifting capacities from 1,200 lbs. to 60,000 lbs. It also includes annual and quadrennial inspection, load testing, and certification of mobile hydraulic/telescopic cranes with lifting capacities from 7 to 38 tons and boom lengths from 35 to 120+ feet. The contract term is approximately 36 months, and responses must be submitted in paper format by September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. local time.
