Description

The City of Chula Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified software vendors to procure and implement a secure, configurable Forensic Laboratory Request Management System for the Chula Vista Police Department's Crime Laboratory. The system must be CJIS-compliant and streamline laboratory work requests from submission to completion. It should integrate bi-directionally with the City's current Records Management System (NetRMS), support future RMS transitions, provide data migration from legacy systems, offer workflow tracking and reporting, and secure user portals. The contract term is initially 30 months with the possibility of three additional one-year renewals, not to exceed June 30, 2032.
