Description
The City of Chula Vista is soliciting proposals for On-Call Geotechnical, Materials Testing, and Special Inspection Engineering Consulting Services to support various Capital Improvement Program and other projects during their planning, design, and construction phases. The services include geotechnical material testing, soils sampling, inspection of earthwork operations, and execution of hazardous waste documents. The agreement will be awarded to three proposers for an initial two-year term with renewal options, subject to prevailing wages and the City's Project Labor Agreement. Proposals are due by September 16, 2026, and the City reserves the right to revise or withdraw the request at any time.
