Description

The solicitation requests proposals to provide consumer credit profiles to the Westchester County Department of Social Services Office of Program Integrity. These profiles will support the recovery of overpayments, prevention, detection, and reporting of fraud, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of public assistance eligibility. The scope includes credit and identification reports such as credit profiles, Social Security searches, and address updates. The anticipated volume is approximately 250-350 searches per month with same-day delivery. The contract term is expected from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms.
